Anjaam Pathiraa Review - First Day Reports

Anjaam Pathiraa is a 2020 Malayalam thriller written and directed by Midhun Manuel Thomas, starring Kunchacko Boban, Sharafudheen, Sreenath Bhasi, Indrans and many others. The decade started with a best thriller. Anjaam Pathiraa is a haunting psychological thriller from the Malayalam cinema industry. The movie is made with high quality and good production values.

The casts including Kunchacko Boban, Sharafudheen , Sreenath Bhasi and many others did a fabulous job in the movie, it’s a difficult task to determine who was the best. The villain was terrific and those kidnapping and torturing scenes were stunning. Each and every scenes in the movie is glorified with the intense BGM, amazing cinematography and with other technical departments.

We got to see many movies of this genre from other industries like Ratsasan from Kollywood, Joker from Hollywood etc… All these movies are famous with the villain of the movie. Anjaam Pathiraa is not different, the movie had the surprising villain, whose performance was extraordinary, and became even more closer after talking about his past.

Midhun Manuel Thomas, the director who made the ever laughing movies  like Aadu 1 and 2, Ann Maria Kalippilaanu, no one will expect a violence, psychological thriller movie like Anjaam Pathiraa from him. He deserves all the credits for the success of the movie. No exaggeration, no over build up, all the scenes in the movie was on to the point and this is what the movie is so, so good. In the past, we saw many movies in this genre, especially recently released movie from Tamil including unwanted romance, songs, dialogues. Anjaam Pathiraa is a bliss that it don’t have such scenes.

Watch the movie in theaters with a strong heart and be ready for the sleepless nights. A best thriller that will known for the uniqueness.
